Description

Major responsibilities:


  • Provide support on parts requests for customers both external and internal
  • Place parts orders with respective factories and follow up on order status
  • Follow up on related proposals, quotations, delivery and other matters; assist as appears desirable to expedite order, maintain customer acceptance
  • To ensure safe and reliable materials movement and dispatching functions along with warehouse receiving and storing
  • Physically receive and check off orders from suppliers and locate in the parts warehouse where necessary
  • Assist in warehouse activities pick pack etc.
  • Assist with parts stock take activities when required
  • Keeper / Maintainer of the Parts 'SAP Manual'
  • Generate Tax Invoices for parts
  • Originate and maintain direct customer contact (End users, Dealers, Internal Service team)
  • Other areas of responsibility as assigned

Requirement:


Education Requirements :
Year 10 or higher

Certification or Licensing:
Driver's License, forklift license preferred but not essential.


Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job: Knowledge of SAP preferred but not essential, mechanical knowledge preferred.
