About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

  • Engage and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, artists and communities to maintain, strong relationships that contribute to the Queensland Government Statement of Commitment to reframing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
  • Build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer‐focused outcomes.
  • Gather insights and embrace new ideas and innovation to inform future practice.
  • Embrace change and lead with focus and optimism in an environment of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Inspires others by driving clarity, engagement and a sense of purpose.
  • Make considered, ethical and courageous decisions based on insight into the broader context.
  • Demonstrate accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency.
  • Provide advice on specific crime and corruption prevention issues related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander issues to CCC staff.
