Your new Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our growing Tax team.

If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you


Whilst you will be supporting the Tax Directors, you will also have the day to day assistance of a more junior Administration Assistant who is eager for further mentorship and development.

We're a really collaborative team, and you will also be joining the broader team of William Buck Personal Assistants who will welcome you to the team and show you the ropes


Main Responsibilities:


  • Shared PA support to the Directors
  • Preparation of proposals, tenders, and general correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, and responding to general enquiries
  • Organising conferences, firm tax training sessions, and team events
  • Database management
  • Collation and preparation of confidential documentation
  • Fresh eyes and a willingness to suggest changes and process improvements, if needed.

You possess the following attributes:


  • A proactive approach be one step ahead of this dynamic group
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to train and develop a more junior Administration Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to also to take initiative and set priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
