The role Reporting directly to the Director, Digital Partnership Teams, Delivery Services Branch, the Manager - Metro North Digital Partnership Team is accountable for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of ICT services that reflects contemporary best practice and achieves optimal outcomes and consistency in delivery for the organisation's strategic operational and business requirements across 4 Major Hospital sites (Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, Redcliffe Hospital, Caboolture Hospital including numerous community sites).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of continual service improvement by ensuring work practices/processes are developed, reviewed and standardised across Digital Partnership Teams where appropriate.
- Develop and implement plans and strategies, policies and procedures for the provision of information and communication technology services to meet customer needs.
- Drive a customer focus culture and develop successful customer relationships and foster a collaborative approach with customers and peers.
Furthermore, you will have:
- High level experience in managing the delivery of ICT services and support.
- High level interpersonal, communication, negotiations and consultations skills.
- Financial management and stewardship of IT assets and resources used in the Provision of IT Services.
