The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to plan and manage the engineering activities of a large multi-year program.
This Program is aimed at replacing various assets within the Defence and Intelligence space.Key responsibilities will include:
- Contract SoW and DID development
- Technical Tender Evaluation Working Group
- Technical Support to Contract Negotiations
- Engineering changes and configuration changes
- Mandated System Reviews in contract
- Technical risk management and reporting
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Engineering Management or relevant industry certifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Shipbuilding
- Demonstrated experience in Capability Acquisition and Delivery
- Chartered Engineer Status or ability to achieve Chartered Engineer Status in 24 months
- Management Experience in Defence Acquisition or Sustainment projects
