About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Services Manager to join our Youth Crime team.

In the role, you will be primarily responsible for leading a dedicated team of legal assistants and to ensure the effective day to day operations of the team, making sure service delivery objectives are met.

You will work collaboratively with fellow members of the criminal law management team to develop and implement policies and strategies that enhance and support quality service provision.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an administration expert with a keen interest in broadening their people management skills and working within the legal industry.


  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating administrative services.
  • Proven experience with supervising staff as well as an ability to lead and develop your team.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
