As our Sales Solutions Analyst, you'll be the problem solver and out of the box thinker supporting our sales team with any system related issues, providing them with ongoing maintenance and support.

In this role, you'll also need a challenger mindset, ready to tackle our reporting suites head-on. You'll dive into the depths of our sales systems to understand its intricacies and unlock its true potential.

This role sits within our Solutions & Capability Team and is based out of our York Street Office with hybrid working arrangements available.

A day in the life:

You'll be part of a talented team of 4 Solutions Analysts handling the ongoing support for maintenance and issue resolution for Sales systems such as SAP 4 Hana, AWS, Walkme.
You'll provide support on immediate business impacts for any issues identified in our sales systems including the analysis of issues.
You'll go one step further and support with recommendations on next steps for issue resolution once immediate business impact is managed.
You'll be responsible for the timely management and escalation of tickets raised by the Transaction and Operations team to minimise customer impact

What you will need from day one

Deep understanding and expertise in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform V Look Ups and other analytical tools.
Proficiency and expertise in analysing system outputs, identifying issues and looking for resolutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to a range of audiences.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
