Position Overview
The Advisor, People and Culture is a generalist position in nature, and works closely with others in the People and Culture team to provide administrative and operational tasks that support the People and Culture function, which includes recruitment and selection as well as general enquiries.
The position is generalist in nature; however, it has a focus on recruitment and selection, and quality assurance, to ensure the Court has a strong brand, and is attracting the right people.
The Advisor, People and Culture position reports to the Team Leader, People and Culture and works under their supervision and with their guidance.
Duties
- Provide policy, procedure and Enterprise Agreement advice and support to line managers and employees.
