Your role within our dedicated Housing, Homelessness and Employment program, will allow you to
:


  • Put to good use your knowledge of the issues that are faced by vulnerable people.
  • Support people to reduce the risk of homelessness by navigating family, friend, employment, education and community relationships.
  • Provide support to people by providing high quality, customer centred assistance. The position will be majority phonebased support and there will also be a requirement to collaborate with a variety of communitybased organisations to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Every day, your work will be diverse and impactful.
This is a 3 day per week position until 31 December 2025 with a possibility of extension.

  • Experience providing high quality personcentred individual and/or family therapeutic interventions and/or case management

  • Demonstrated welldeveloped organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in personcentred work
