About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing transactional support and enquiry management to enable the Student Services Branch to offer its service catalogue to all cohorts at all stages of the customer journey.

The customer service representative will support a multi-channel strategy through customer-focused service delivery that maximises enrolment, retention, and completion of TAFE NSW courses and supports the provision of related services to other TAFE NSW customers.


Hours of work
Standard operating hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday), this may change due to operational requirements.

TAFE NSW currently has a variety of permanent and temporary vacancies available across a number of our campus locations.
