About The Opportunity


This unique role which will be responsible for facilitating all the operational and administrative support for our brand-new Innovation and Learning Centre situated at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill.

You will have a variety of tasks including managing the facility itself and onsite deliveries, overseeing operations and logistics of events whilst ensuring compliance to health and safety at all times.


Reporting directly to the Office Manager this will be an onsite role and responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management of loading bays, including coordinating the storage of pallets, managing incoming and outgoing stock, and overseeing the product prototype room.
  • Book and manage courier pickups to TTI Sites and Milwaukee Field Sales
  • Assisting delivery drivers with the loading and unloading of deliveries, which may include use of a forklift or walkie stacker
  • Collaborate with the Facilities & Procurement team to manage the facility resources, address maintenance requirements, and procure necessary equipment and supplies
  • Assist with the planning and risk assessment of Milwaukee meetings & trade or sales events held within the Innovation & Learning Centre
  • Ensure training schedules and facilities are planned for product training requirements in conjunction with Customer Learning
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations, inventory, and training schedules
  • Coordinate site access, visitor inductions, and security systems, including CCTV, of the Innovation & Learning Centre.
  • Develop, document, distribute and provide training to employees on basic warehouse and freight procedures, in conjunction with the HSW team for the Innovation Centre.

About You
You ideally have a background in a warehouse or logistics and operations and excellent administration and organisational skills.

You an energetic and hands on person who has excellent organisation and communications skills who is happy to work autonomously and loves being the Go-To person You are ready for a new challenge and have the following skills/attributes:


  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly for creating training materials and tracking progress
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols, including first aid and emergency response.
  • A valid forklift licence would be advantageous or willingness to obtain a license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills to plan and schedule logistics and events
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to keep accurate records of training activities and calendars
  • Flexibility and the ability to adjust schedules to accommodate changing priorities.
