Responsibilities:

Respond to recruitment requests within the set quality requirements and time frames.
Source and build suitable talent pools for vacancies, using various methods.
Appropriately prioritise workload to maximise results.
Continuous account management with existing clients.
Proactive business development seeking out new opportunities for growth.
Drive elevated level of safety standards.
Minimum of 2years' experience within a similar position
Civil or Mining highly desirable

Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform.
The ability to build excellent relationships quickly & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
Organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with business development and client relationship building.
A valid Australian drivers' license.
