National Project & Change Lead - 12 month Fixed term contract

About the role


As National Project and Change Lead, you will be supporting the end-to-end delivery of operational and business focused projects, supporting sponsors and operational leads to ensure successful delivery of project objectives with strong engagement and support to key stakeholders.

A strong focus on milestone and risk management, the ability to create effective communications and engage with internal and external stakeholders, as well as manage reporting requirements is required.

This role will require travel to various locations based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support operational leads in end to end project management and coordination of key projects and required activities to ensure successful delivery

Management of governance cadence, reporting to executive committee's, management of critical milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and costs

Create effective communication artefacts and engage relevant stakeholders, working closely with internal and external communications teams.

Operational support to key stakeholders and teams involved in projects, which may involve facilitation of workshops, planning activities, tracking of key priorities and creation of relevant artefacts such to support project deliverables

Maintain and update required project information and artefacts in line with EPMO frameworks and expectations

What you bring

Experience in project and change management in operational and business focused projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills


Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with executives and leaders, project team members, internal and external stakeholders.
