The team at THCO is looking to onboard an experienced, reliable and proactive individual within the field of administrative function and management.
As we are experiencing a surplus in sales, we are wanting to move this existing role into a more senior role to incorporate leading and maintaining sales and leads - sounds like you? We want to meet youTASKS AND EXPECTATIONS
- Liasing with the Director on business decisions such as the pricing of a project with the task of formulating quotes, contracts
- Creating and maintaining a process for finding and following up with sale / client leads
- Making contact with industry stakeholders such as wholesale retailers and sending quotes and invoices to the Accounts Coordinator for processing
- Scheduling, planning, and confirming appointments relating to the Director's calendar and overall business' daytoday operations
- Conducting walkthroughs of the warehouse, completing client walkthrough sheets and entering information into our system(s)
You must be flexible and have a strong sense on initiative as you are helping manage the overall function of the business from a day-to-day and long-term schedule.
HOURS
9.00AM TO 3.00PM
(SUBJECT TO INCREASE OF
HOURS DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL AND DEMAND OF THE ROLE)
NO WEEKENDS

$ $35.00 per hour
