What to Expect

  • The Novated Lease Manager will be responsible for incremental sales and increasing Novated Lease sales penetration in Australia. You will also be responsible for being the dedicated point of contact for all Novated Lease companies and providing any necessary education on product, customer buying experience and driver interface. In addition you will support the retail and virtual sales teams in terms of education and work with our Novated Lease customers to work seamlessly with our sales motion and delivery experience. You will work closely with Financial Services colleagues and look for operational efficiencies in terms of delivery and payment topics.
What You'll Do

  • Actively partner with the Regional Enterprise Sales Manager to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of enterprise vehicle sales within Australia and New Zealand.
  • Find operational efficiencies and develop new processes to ensure that the Customer Experience is first class.
  • Participate in CSAT Scoring workshops with B2C colleagues and participate in enhancing CSAT Scores.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes, and business finance solutions. Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
  • Actively collaborate with Tesla teams (field sales, delivery and account managers) to provide coaching and training on BusinesstoBusiness sales and have a regular presence in the store environment.
  • Use Tesla's Customer Relation Management system (SMP) and tools to log appointments, calls, test drives, contacts and meeting notes.
  • Ensure customers are fulfilling their contractual obligations (e.g. payment terms).
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures to reduce operational friction.
  • Perform adhoc duties as and when required.
  • Understand industry and competitive trends and work with Consumer Engagement team to activate initiatives such as drive programs or customer site events
  • Develop a set of materials (guides and process documents) that can be shared with drivers and Novated Lease companies to enhance the customer journey and regularly refresh in order to keep them informed.
  • Host test drive events and attend industry conferences and the likes to represent Tesla and seek out new business opportunities.
  • Leverage existing leasing company relationships to grow sales within this segment.
  • Support and act as the POC in terms of escalations for the Novated Lease companies.
  • Develop reporting metrics and dashboards in order to better analyse trends and deep dive on how to drive more sales demand.
  • Drive repeat business on renewal cycles working with leasing companies on end of lease reports to identify new targets to expand current sales opportunities.
What You'll Bring

  • The role will be national role so you will be expected to travel for periods of time to fulfil the duties of this role.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with project and contract management skills, are essential, as well as the ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Valid driver's license with minimum two years' driving experience

  • Business or commercial sales with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
  • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Solid knowledge of business appropriate financial options and incentives.
