Key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage phone system and first point of contact for inbound phone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Processing invoices
  • Track and trace deliveries
  • Put together reports for the Operations Manager
  • Provide admin support for the site operations team
  • Data entry
