Our client is seeking experienced customer service individuals to work in the Ballarat/Wendouree and surrounding suburbs.

Positions are now available for passionate customer service professionals to join their team in the capacity of customer service and Licence testing.

Description

The role will involve:
An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service/Licence Testing Officers in the Ballarat/Wendouree branches. You may be requested to work in surrounding branches upon occasion if required. Full training is provided and will be working in a supportive work environment.

The role is responsible for resolution of Registration & Licensing (R&L) customer enquiries raised within Customer Service Centres, The role is also responsible for the conduct of customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration service.

The position will also include Driver licence testing.

You must have a full clean Victorian Driver Licence. Available to work 5 day for approximately 20-38 hours week. You may be on call for days you are not rostered to cover available shifts.

Profile
To be successful in the position you will have:

Excellent customer service experience (face to face)
A current Victorian FULL drivers license with a clean driving history
Must be available to work over a 5 day roster averaging hours per week
Confident in using computers and navigating a variety of systems
Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
Prepared to work in busy environment
Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to be considered for this position
Happy to undergo background checks including a police check
Fully covid vaccinated and able to provide evidence
Able to start ASAP
