Personal Assistant - Construction Industry- Premium Construction Company
- Salary range $60k $70k + Super
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant that is looking for an immediate start with premium construction company based in Liverpool region.

Salary range $60k - $70k + Super
- Salary is based on experience and packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._
What your day will look like
- Managing and organising the manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling correspondence and communication with business partners, clients, and vendors.
- Assisting with contract administration and management, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ad Hoc Admin support as required.
Experience, attributes and abilities.
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant or in a similar industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Teams.
- Previous experience in contract administration and management.
- Assertive attitude, this employer is looking for someone to keep them inline
- Positive attitude, resilient. Enjoy working as part of a team and well as individually.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
