Develop and manage the significant strategic program of works associated with developing the FRNSW Strategy

Status:
Temporary Full Time up to July 2024, with the possibility of extension


Grade:
Clerk Grade 11/12


Salary Package:
Package up to $173,852 pa. Package includes salary range ($134,411 pa to $155,445 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

FRNSW is one of the world's largest urban fire and rescue services and is the busiest in Australia.

About the Role

  • As the Program Manager, you will collaborate and strategically partner with the FRNSW Executive Leadership Team and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of the Strategy is robust, employeeled and aligned to existing Emergency Service and Government plans and objectives._
  • You will be responsible for engaging with FRNSW staff and its stakeholders throughout the strategy development and planning to support change through the execution of the Strategy._

Key knowledge and experience

  • Broad experience in developing and delivering strategic corporate programs, projects and resources on time and on budget aimed at developing and implementing change management frameworks
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge and experience in project and program management methodology

Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field or equivalent relevant experience
