Job Description:


  • Provide the first line of support to our existing customer base in Korea with their technical and accounting issues
  • Asist customers over the phone while also managing workload via the ticketing system
  • Show/ demonstrate our software solutions to customers to assist solve individual challenges
  • Work closely with all members of the customer support team to deliver a bestinclass experience for existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with other departments as required, such as sales and the second level support team

Qualifications:


  • Business level fluency in Korean and English (other APAC languages are a bonus)
  • Knowledge of operating systems and experience at least with two of the following, Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, Android
  • Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant technical training is advantageous
  • Experience working in a fastpaced customer support role, ideally via phone and ticketing system
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
  • Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
  • Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
