What you'll be doing:
_**- Provide global desktop support across the company

  • Manage software installations and hardware setups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Handle user account setup and administration
  • Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to team goals
  • Offer oncall support as needed

_ What you'll need:
_

  • At least two years success in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Keen problemsolving skills with a technical aptitude
  • Experience with MS Windows 10/11, Office 365, and related technologies
  • Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage time
  • Experience in documentation of IT processes
