The Role - Training Facilitator

This is contract, part time role and will involve occasional travel, to deliver our tailored training programmes to our retail partners.

Responsibilities:

Implement training programs for our clients and their employees
Provide on the job training and coaching
Provide exceptional support to our clients and their employees
Instil a customercentric service methodology
Run training programs for small groups as well as 1 on 1 sessions
Administer training materials and reporting
Liaise with key stakeholders

What you will bring to this role:

Exceptional training and facilitation skills
Experience in a customerfacing retail role is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Great time management, planning and organisational skills
A personable and positive attitude
Driver's license and a reliable car
ABN
Your own laptop or tablet for reporting

All domestic travel and accommodation will be paid for by the business. You will need to able to work some weekends to cater for our Client's needs.

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
$ $400.00 per day
