The Role


Sniffers Group has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and passionate
Scheduler to join our team based at Stapylton.


You will be expected to be a leader and set high standards for safety, quality and customer service and be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the company.


Your background will be in either construction, transport, recycling, waste management or quarrying industries with experience in allocations and having a strong understanding of operational requirements such as work scheduling and maintenance of mobile plant and equipment.

The role will have you overseeing the allocations of the equipment and operators for the company.

This opportunity is a full-time salary package position, leading to advancement opportunities for the right individual.


Key responsibilities

  • Optimisation of machine/operators utilisation.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers and problemsolving as required.
  • Ensure internal systems adequately support demand.
  • Managing and using our paperless system Upvise.
  • Onboarding and inducting using clients and Sniffers online systems.
  • Administration works as required.

To be considered for this role, your qualifications and attributes will include:

  • Experience in the Wet/Dry hire of machinery for the building and construction industry preferred.
  • Ability to liaise with customers and clients.
  • Must have 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with complex spreadsheets as well as Microsoft Word with the ability to learn new systems as required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in contacting subcontractors and suppliers.

$60, $80,000.00 per year
