PPG Industries:

AUS - Clayton Plant:

As a Product Administrator, you will support the Refinish Business Intelligence Analyst, Product and Marketing team through product/data management and maintenance.

You will report to Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

To maintain and improve data integrity in SAP through regular data health checks.
To maintain and facilitate NPD through BCP/Commercialization/ SAP NIRO process. And other system NPD platforms like Leverage Point and Compass as appropriate
To load SKU BOM formula for new products and maintain existing BOMs as required.
To facilitate Product Life Cycle Maintenance through NIRO process.
Maintain REFINISH Brand procedures to be used as standard guide to keep Brand integrity.
Assist in driving SKU complexity reduction in the effort to minimize working capital.
Provide reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other relevant technical / IT / Marketing discipline
Good IT skills including the ability to collate and analyze data
Knowledge of the Refinish and / or LIC markets would be beneficial
Including ability to present business results and make proposals to management
Since the role necessitates obtaining the confidence and cooperation of others in diverse parts of the business to this role
A background in marketing and / or product and project management would be highly advantageous
