This Government Agency is seeking an experienced Change Manager to responsible for end-to-end change delivery of a Salesforce transformational projects and regulatory reforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
Developer key stakeholder and communication plans

You will have:

Min 5 years of experience in Change Management
Experience working on IT projects and business transformation projects
Experience working on Salesforce and/or Regulatory Reform projects
Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders
