Responsibilities:
As an administrative assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to teams at our client's wind farms.
Here are the key duties you will undertake:
- Promptly and comprehensively deal with all inquiries and correspondence, referring and managing them appropriately.
- Provide administrative support services to the Site Supervisors and assist them in daily operations.
- Adhere to all standards set by the organization to ensure consistency and quality in administrative processes.
- Raise notifications, requisitions, and complete service entries accurately.
- Ensure precise data entry of technical information required for wind farm reporting purposes.
- Organize travel arrangements for the team members as per the requirements.
- Coordinate site training requirements and ensure appropriate resources are available.
- Perform credit card reconciliation to manage expenses efficiently.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and key skills:
- Proven experience in administration, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative support.
- Previous experience processing payments using the SAP system is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong time management and priority management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic budgeting skills to assist in financial processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new processes and systems quickly.
