About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients and patients of SydPath, Anatomical Pathology.
This role will supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative team to ensure the delivery of an effective customer focused service to support the smooth running of administration area in Anatomical Pathology, while also seeking opportunities to improve and develop processes and systems that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to our patients and referrers.

- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
- Experience with the day to day supervision of an administration team and/or significant work experience in administrative support within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks including medical typing, exercising independent judgement, discretion and initiative, highly developed organisational skills and time management skills, prioritise work and to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to determine priorities for others, coordinate allocation of tasks, coach and mentor work performance of staff to achieve service objectives
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving, conflict resolution, and risk management; high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to accurately prepare, and critically review, all written documents including correspondence, minutes and reports.
