This role is like you are running your own business. We require strong, customer focused New Home Advisors to hit the ground running.

Based in one of our beautifully presented Display homes, you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door.

Sell beautiful new homes with innovative designs. Build respectful relationships. Develop your pipeline with an award-winning brand.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions;
  • Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets;
  • Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
  • Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the residential industry;

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
This is a full-time role - weekends are essential.
