The Role:

Manage a local portfolio of only 100 local properties
Admin support
Working alongside one other Junior Property Manager and an experienced Business Development Manager
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Completing routine, entry and exit inspections and Reporting
Managing arrears and notices
Organising repairs & maintenance
Prepare and attend QCAT
Tenant signups
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
2 + years of previous Real Estate experience
QLD Certificate of Registration
Attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Corporate presentation
Valid driver's license
