YOUR TALENT:

Preferred Bachelor degree
A minimum of 5 years retail operations experience
23 years in a similar position with a Global Brand in a customer service oriented environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor)
Experience in managing multiple stores

YOUR MISSION:

The main responsibility of the Teamhead Retail Operations role is to set targets and standards for store operations to ensure financial targets and retail key performance indicators are met and exceeded by motivating, leading and developing the retail operations team.
