Modis is seeking an Integration Lead to take part in a large transformation project and ongoing services for a Federal Government client in Australia.

You and your team will design, integrate and manage a portfolio of modern digital platforms in a fast paced, high security environment.

Description

Responsibilities
The Lead will also be responsible for leading a team of integration developers and ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders

Other responsibilities may include:

Developing integration strategies and roadmaps
Managing project timelines and budgets
Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Troubleshooting and resolving integrationrelated issues
Staying current with new technologies and industry trends in integration development

The Lead will be expected to have a strong background in integration development, as well as experience leading and managing teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also essential.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience with integration development, including experience with integration platforms, middleware, and APIs
Experience leading and managing teams of developers
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with project management, including managing timelines and budgets
Technical expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Strong understanding of data and integration architecture
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in integration development
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with security and data privacy standards.
