Job Information:


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer sales enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining our fleet management system along with other software systems
  • Provide assistance with administration tasks and projects as required
  • Providing a high standard of customer service to visiting guests and customers
  • Facilitate prearranged collection of fleet hire vehicles by clients attending the depot
  • Track and report on fleet utilisation, fines, tolls, and other infringements
  • Identify vehicles due for servicing or replacement
  • Monitor the mobilisation, and demobilisation of vehicles
  • Support the response to vehicle incidents, breakdowns, mechanical failures, or any matters impacting client service
  • Input information into spreadsheets and our fleet management system
  • Sustain and develop strong working relationships with all customers
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as required
  • Adhoc reception duties
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure strong and lasting customer relations are met and maintained
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge
  • High level of initiative and creative problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
  • Hands on and proactive
  • Friendly and energetic disposition
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, and within a small team
  • Valid Cclass Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • Valid Police Clearance no more than 3 months old
