What you will be doing:

- assist in the development, coordination and implementation of contract management materials and approaches that support the effective delivery of services.
- assist in preparing a range of written materials that support advice to government, including correspondence, briefing material, and information papers concerned with the initiatives delivered by the work area
- participate in effective procurement processes including market analysis and commissioning procedures when required
- support and assist, effective contract management and practice, contract development, performance monitoring and renegotiation frameworks where required. Support the oversight of systemic compliance with legislation, investment specifications and adherence to departmental policies and procedures - support and assist peers and state-wide contract management staff in relation to compliance, legislation, performance, problem solving and delivery issues that may arise.

  • You will have a record of success in supporting program design, planning implementation and performance reporting, and /or developing contract specifications and schedules to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Your ability to support initiatives and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan, deliver, and assess program initiatives in a high paced environment is essential.
  • You will have proven success in a high paced environment, managing multiple priorities and change.
