About the Role
Are you looking for work life balance? We are hiring for a Trainer/Assessor in Aged Care and Disability

Being a Trainer is an extraordinary and rewarding role where you have the opportunity to go home at the end of everyday knowing you have made a difference through:

  • Designing, planning, delivering and evaluating training and assessment to students
  • Mentoring students through their course and providing ongoing support on their learning journey
  • Creating a teaching environment that embraces diversity and empowers our students to be the best they can be
You will ensure the successful delivery of nationally endorsed CHC Training Package for the following accredited courses and/or customised industry courses:

  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
(Ageing and Disability)

If you are joining us with years of training experience, we can provide you with autonomy and flexibility. If you are new to training, we will provide you with all the support and coaching you need to become a successful, engaging Trainer


About You

  • Hold a CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support, and/or CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Current industry experience
  • TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
  • Assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations' requirements for assessors.
  • Experience delivering nationally accredited VocationalCourses
  • Ability to achieve assessment deliverables and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in blended delivery: remote, online, face to face and industry workshops
  • Demonstrated ability to engage students in a compassionate and understanding way, you are a true people person

Additional requirements:


  • A current
    Working with Children Check and
    NDIS Worker's Screening, or the willingness to gain one if successful. We will reimburse you the cost on commencement
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a Police Check
  • To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, Community Solutions Group requires all authorised workers as defined under the Victorian Public Health Order to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID19.
