About the Role:


Established for over 40 years, our client has grown to become one of Asia Pacific's leading label manufacturers, utilising modern printing, converting technology and a skilled professional team that provide printing excellence.


A new and exciting opportunity to demonstrate your excellent communication, problem solving and customer focused skills in dealing with a wide range of customers.

Working collaboratively within the small team your focus will also be to ensure customer orders and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Duties:


  • Processing & updating customer orders, documentation and followups.
  • Meeting KPI's and providing a high level of work standards.
  • Updating client and order information
  • Liaising with sales teams to maintain and grow sales.
  • Outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
  • Follow up calls and communication to customers and taking enquiries

Skills and Experience:


  • 23 years' experience in a customer service role manufacturing highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Be proactive and results driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Good ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication written and verbal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Excel
