Reporting into the People & Culture Lead means that you are the true SME when it comes to Talent, and the scope is there for you to design this role outside of its BAU core.

The Opportunity.
As their Talent Acquisition SME, you'll have the opportunity to be across the breadth of the niche. You'll own TA BAU from end to end, including managing the Graduate Program.

You'll have the time and space to take it from reactive to proactive (think talent pooling) and be involved in the strategic side of TA - think message to market and branding, talent attraction strategies and involvement around the EVP.

You will also support and collaborate with the broader HR team across the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives.

You.
You will be Tertiary qualified and ideally have 2-3 years' experience in a similar TA role. Your previous experience will be from a corporate style background, and you'll have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

You're proactive and excited by continuous learning. You're constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes to align with the needs of a business.

This could be perfect for someone who has been in the more transactional side of TA, who is keen to take a step up and looking to broaden their scope of role.
