About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service driven individual to join the team on a full time basis as an Export Operator.

Airfreight and Seafreight job planning, registration and data entry
Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, depots, transport companies etc.
Communicating with clients and overseas agents
Qualifying, accruing & processing invoices
Lodgment of EDNs, CRNs, PRAs and Quarantine Documents
Managing and developing relationships with assigned key customers and relevant contacts within the business
Other duties as directed

The successful applicant should demonstrate;

At least two (2) years' experience in international freight forwarding.
Stability and an interest in a long term position
Professional attitude
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Good time management
Knowledge and use of CargoWise
