Description

The Company:

Our client is a privately owned organisation with a National reach and a large property portfolio.

They have a team of about 10 and an immediate requirement for a Property Administration Assistant to join their fast-paced team as they continue to grow and expand.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases
  • Support leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution.
  • Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team.
  • Create and maintain monthly property reports.
  • Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details.
  • Collaborate with finance on various landlord payments.
  • Input new leasing information into the database
  • Assist with expense reconciliations for the team.
  • Support the store design and delivery team with Capex reporting.

Ideal Skills/Experience:


  • Similar experience in an administration/ property related role
  • Exceptional administration &organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office, powerpoint & excel
  • Motivated work ethic
