The Concierge Manager sits within the Regional Coordination and Operations team within in Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV). Reporting to the Project Manager Clean Up Program, this position requires a quality people manager and problem solver.Leading an Emergency Recovery Victoria Contact Centre, you will also have experience managing sensitive data and delivering quality front line outcomes in a constantly evolving environment.
You will have a demonstrated commitment to getting the most out of people while managing a range of systems and datasets.
Working with members of the community who are experiencing the outcomes of a disaster, you will assist with managing sensitive conversations regularly with members of the community who have been affected by a natural disaster.
You enjoy making a difference and working for the community and ensure the highest standards of performance and integrity are achieved in a sensitive public facing role.

The department is committed to providing and maintaining a working environment which is safe and without risk to the health of its employees consistent with the department's obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).
Therefore, there is a requirement that all DJCS employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to undertake duties outside of their homes.
At interview stage and prior to commencement of employment with the department, you will need to provide evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 with three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal.

- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)
