APAC IT Service Management is a governing body within an IT organization that primarily governs and manages ITSM practices and sets policies, standards, processes, and procedures to provide quality and value by delivering IT services to end-users and business functions.

- In your role, you will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordination, and oversight of all the key IT Service Management functions/processes, including (but not limited to):
  • Incident & Major Incident Management
  • IT Operational Change
  • Problem Management
  • Transition Management
  • APAC IT Services Monthly CSLO & Management Reporting & Governance
  • Continual Service Improvements
  • Disaster Recovery Process, Australia Coordination
  • IT Service Management Tool admin & governance (Service Now)
  • Important to your success let's grow together.
  • Proven IT operational experience working closely with infrastructure, business and Applications.
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Selfempowered & assertive individual with the ability to work under pressure and deliver within required timeframes.
  • Proven exposure to policies and procedures governing Incident and Major Incident Management & all the ITIL principles.
  • Understanding of process analysis, design and can work in an agile environment.
  • A good understanding of business continuity principles desirable
