The organisation


Davidson are representing a South East Queensland water services business with their need for a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst.

This organization offers a collaborative working environment, progression opportunities and flexible working. They make a tangible impact on the SEQ community. This is a temporary opportunity until June 2023 with the potential for an extension.


About the opportunity


As Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play an integral role in the successful execution of projects across the organization.


You will also:

  • Build and maintain the corporate process frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement, accuracy and governed effectively.
  • Working with senior leaders to analyse key value chain processes to determine highestgain focus areas for process and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across projects to identify process and continuous improvement opportunities that will have a tangible benefit for the organisation.
  • Establish process measures and assist process owners with measurement and analysis of processes, and monitoring benefits realisation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify key change management activities (people, process and systems), and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and internal functions for holistic change management.
  • Champion Lean methodologies, improving the Lean toolkit, share your insights and coach staff on how best to apply.
  • Work with other programs and projects to provide advice and governance with respect to process improvementrelated activity.
  • Communicating openly and actively participate in projects, programs, audits and initiatives.

About You
Proven experience within a process improvements role and the ability to articulate achievements which led to operational improvements. You're outcome focused and looking to join a team with a focus on exceptional delivery. You can work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.


You will also:

  • Have an eye for detail and ensure that all documentation is accurate.
  • Bring demonstrated experience of working within budgetary and time constraints.
  • Display strong organisational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple complex issues.
  • Ability to engage and influence various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities, including the monitoring of multidisciplinary projects or tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
