About the opportunity:


Our Customer Service Officer role focuses on providing comprehensive internal sales and high-level customer service support to internal and external customers for the Bradford Insulation products across Victoria.

We are seeking Customer Service professionals that thrive in a busy environment whilst having the capability to succeed within a dynamic role and work well under pressure.

This position will be full time, Monday - Friday working rotational hours.

830-5pm upon commencement and following your training period, alternate hours working 730am - 4pm, plus the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Plus every 2nd Friday is an early finish at 3pm.
Our team currently has 2 x vacancies available for an immediate start.


Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
  • Process quotes, orders into SAP & also processing of maintenances and payments ensuring details are correct and accurate.
  • Interaction with external customers and contractors including builders, installers, insulation contractors.
  • Process returns and investigate credits and action as appropriate.
  • Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager on stock availability, stock quality and service issues.
  • Seek to respond and resolve customer complaints and issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service position/similar role
  • Ability & experience working in a busy role
  • Strong ability to problem solve & diagnose issues (with customers)
  • Process orientated and is driven to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and to external customers
  • Proficient IT skills
  • SAP experience not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management (multitasking skills, prioritising).
