We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states.

Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.


About the role:

As a Frame Cad Assembler/Labourer you are involved in day to day duties in the Fabrication Bay.

This position will perform a range of miscellaneous labourer related tasks for the fabrication of stud walls and building components.

The role is a full time position based out of our High Wycombe facility.

If you have an interest in metal works and working with your hands, then this may be the role for you.


The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Fabrication of wall and roof frames
  • Roll form operations
  • Grinding and cuting steel (stud, SHS, flat bar PFC)
  • Paint and stack frames
  • General labourer duties as required
  • General house keeping
  • Supply of materials to trade staff and subcontractors
  • Packing of materials and equipment for transport as required

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Willingness to learn, work hard, grow and develop in the role
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired
  • Experience using various hand tools and electric tools
  • Knowledge of the building or manufacturing industry is advantage
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Comfortable working in a robust and fast paced environment
  • Can work as part of a team and independently
  • Punctual and reliable
  • A current valid Western Australian driver's license
  • Current construction card (white card)
