About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced

Reception and Administration Assistant with fantastic customer service skills.

The position is a member of the College Support Team, working to support the day-to-day operations of the College, in particular the main College Reception area.

This position is also part of the Business Services team and directly reports to the Business Manager however, this position has reporting responsibilities to other College Leadership Team (CLT) members such as the Deputy Principal and Principal.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required:5 days/week (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday


Salary level, range or hourly rate:School Officer Level 3 - $30.97 per hour
