Monday to Thursday - 4 day work week

Fabulous work culture and environment
6:30am 4:30pm 38 hours per week

Our client, a manufacturing business based in Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Tradesman to join their team. This position is full-time, Monday to Thursday

every weekend is a long weekend

- $30- 35 per hour, depending on experience

This job requires a highly skilled individual with experience in cutting, sewing, installation and quality control of outdoor blinds, swags, gear bags, shade sails/canopies, tonneau covers, annexes, awnings and other related products for Caravan, Camping and Outdoor Leisure Space.

To be considered for this you role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

Industrial sewing experience
Proficient in using a variety of industrial sewing machines
A level of fitness and physical strength to layout and cut heavy materials and to assist with onsite installations
Exceptionally accurate, neat and precise with your sewing at all times
Attention to detail and a perfectionist who takes pride in the quality of their work
Confident in performing accurate measurements using tape and rulers
Enthusiastic and motivated approach
Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong understanding of safe work practices
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, whilst applicants from a fabric production/sail making background will be highly regarded
