Description

On behalf of our client based in the Milton, we are currently seeking for an Administrator - Learning Management System for a 3-month contact.

As the Administrator - Learning Management System, your role is to look after training and compliance for I&E, be a key enabler to training and compliance across I&E and provide overflow support to the wider team.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor compliance training progress and provide reporting
Act as support for the site administrators, answering questions and facilitating training to ensure that they are maximising effectiveness of the system, understanding it features and functionality
Take a proactive approach to increase utilisation of the clients learning through understanding the needs of site administrators and Zero Harm
Be the point of contact for team related reporting, slicing and dicing
Ad hoc administration tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications required:

Extensive experience in Learning Management System administration
Demonstrated ownership of training management process, compliance and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong user experience with (UX) focus with proven ability to collaborate, influence and foster teamwork
A kind person, who enjoys a laugh and is a team player with a cando attitude
Cert IV in training and Assessment (desirable)
