TEN Recruitment are in partnership with a local civil contractor that have been successfully delivering land development and infrastructure projects for over 40 years. Due to recent tender success the business is now recruiting a
Civil Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of subdivision projects throughout Perth and surrounding suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with plenty of projects in the Perth Metropolitan area.

The business has a strong pipeline of work affording stability to their staff as well as an excellent company culture.

Duties / Responsibilities

Working closely with clients, subcontractors; leading civils and earthmoving crews.
Monitor contractual obligations.
Liaise with the Project Management team ensuring technical support and information is provided to meet the production schedule.
Ensure subcontractors manage their scope of works according to the construction program.
Ensure site health and safety guidelines are followed.
Previous Australian experience working on land development and infrastructure projects.
Proven track record working as a Civil Supervisor.
Familiarity with civil engineering design and construction practices, particularly in the context of land development and infrastructure.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license.
