    This business specialises in designing and manufacturing specialised products for personal hygiene, cleaning, and food industries.

    They create fluid exchange membranes for personal hygiene products, wet wipe structures for various applications, and food packaging and filtration products.

    Automation Engineer Role:
    The Automation Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing and product delivery performance at Tullamarine facility.
    Responsible for overseeing automation, instrumentation, and control engineering aspects, this role involves planning, managing, and ensuring the successful delivery of daily operational needs and capital projects

    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure safety and efficiency of manufacturing operationsChampion a safety-conscious cultureDrive improvements in Overall Equipment EffectivenessMonitor production costs to optimize performanceOversee successful implementation of capital projectsAssist with continuous improvement and lean initiativesFocus on improving quality performanceExperience:
    Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering discipline (e.g., electrical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering).
    Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and process control systems (PLC, SCADA, Profinet/Ethernet).
    Proficiency in programming and fault finding with PLCs and Drives (Siemens, Allen Bradley, B&R, Mitsubishi).
    Experience with Auto CAD and other electrical schematic drawing packages.
    Strong computer literacy.
    Minimum 3+ years in a continuous process manufacturing environment.
