We are currently looking for a:
Raging Waters Sydney - Park Presentation Team Member - off season position


About the role:
Park Presentation Team Members will assist with cleaning and maintenance during the Off-Season of the Park Operations.


The role is responsible for perform cleaning and maintenance requirements to present the facilities in a clean and tidy condition.


You will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work as part of a team, be self-motivated and be professionally presented.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Maintaining Park presentation standards to the highest level.- General cleaning of the park and grounds as seen to be necessary and as directed.- Complete pressure washing duties.- Assist with grounds maintenance and work.- Assist with removal and repairs of tubes.- Assist with remediating attraction caulking.- Assist with any other maintenance tasks as directed.- Responsible for helping ensure overall Park cleanliness including sweeping, trash pick-up, clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, maintaining picnic areas, maintaining birthday & cabana areas, and restrooms.- Keeping all public areas neat and tidy including wiping down of tables and removal of any rubbish.- Empty trash bins as well as clean and wash bins on a regular basis.- Clean all restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and disinfect and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors.- Vacuuming of all carpet areas.- Assist with clean all areas including offices, staff rooms and restrooms.- Disinfecting touch points and railings.- Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standard.- Report all repairs and replacements required.- Removing cobwebs from buildings, entranceways, and stairwells.- At times carry out delegated duties requiring little or no supervision.- Assist other areas within the facilities department when needed.- Assist in the development, implementation, delivery and review of policy and procedures that ensure Raging Waters Sydney meets its various obligations including financial, workplace health and safety, industry, and legal requirements.- To carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Facilities Technician and Facilities Director, and any member of the Management Team.

  • Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Correctly use all safety and personal protective equipment.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours.
  • Report WHS incidents, injuries and safety activities to your direct Manager and First Aid at the time it occurs.
  • Promote proactive hazard/ near miss reporting. Report any hazards or near-miss incidents to your direct Manager and the People & Culture Director.
  • Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety.

Team member benefits:


This role is a casual position during the park off season from July to October, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays during the season.
