About the role:

Are you passionate about properties and adept at building lasting relationships? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our client's dynamic team.

As a pivotal member of our client's company, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying and selling properties, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
Stay uptodate with market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
Utilize effective marketing techniques to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and legal requirements.
Selfmotivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property listings and marketing.
